The founders, in their discussion of the 14 amendment, said that a natural born citizen is one born of 2 parents born in the United States. I really like Mr. Rubio. His parents were born in Cuba and never became citizens of the United States. That is one of the reasons many people think Pres. Obama should not be president; he is not a natural born citizen; his father was born in Kenya.
