Our friend Kayte at sECULAR sTUPIDEST sent us a great video Wednesday evening showing Herman Cain in Georgia, doing a live event recently.
During this event, Mr. Cain handed out complimentary tee shirts to the guests, and he took questions from the audience. This video shows what happens when a snarky college type kid starts with a typical liberal assault – asking:
Hey, ah; I think I might be one of the people who don’t get it but… Ah, I like a lot of what you have to say, but I’m confused about a few things.
Okay, right there we should figure out that this kid is a liberal troll. How many times have you been listening to Rush, Beck, Levin, Hannity, Boortz, or any other of the great conservative radio hosts when a caller starts off with, “I’m a big fan and I listen all the time, BUT…” and then they’re off and running in a decidedly insulting leftward manner.
Like, I’m wondering why are so many people – why are they against the Health Care bill? I mean, government provides health care for every single person in the military
At this point, the audience explodes – which I find totally understandable. The government provides health care (and if you’ve ever experienced the thrill that is the V. A. Hospitals, you’ll know how grateful they are for that!) because those military people WORK for the government. Not only that, you moron, they risk their lives every single day FOR THEIR GOVERNMENT AND COUNTRY. Actually, I am surprised that he wasn’t physically attacked at that point, but of course, the audience being largely conservative would never stoop to such a liberal tactic.
(audience hooting) First amendment, people – can I speak? (Herman Cain interrupts here to ask the young man what his question is). My first question is simple. I’m not against providing everyone in the military with health care – uh, are YOU? And, what I’m basically saying is, maybe it’s not so black and white. I mean, maybe government isn’t always bad. Where would black people and women be without the government?
Of course that really started the audience off; but Herman got control quite quickly and answered this punk’s question about the health care issue; and then he proceeded to point out that his was a typical liberal ploy: First, when confronted, they shift the subject. Then they ignore the facts. Then they name call. This is all part of Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals; we’ve seen it time and time again.
Here is the video for your enjoyment. Herman Cain is outstanding in his answers, his demeanor and his poise, I think. I especially like where he invites the kid to keep the tee shirt. (Of course, the child immediately threw it to the ground). You might also find it interesting to note that after the spotlight was off this kid, he proceeded to intimidate an older woman with his buddies, until forced to leave by the police. I love it when the liberals behave just as one might expect!
